Macy’s will be closing all of its stores effective 6pm EDT on March 17, 2020 and they will remain closed until April 1 sources say. This is in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bloomingdale’s, a part of Federated Department Stores, like Macy’s is also taking the same steps.
The online portion will not be affected according to sources.
