As a team they are able to identify problem areas and correct them however, as said in the media conference by a reporter, “They are unable to put the pieces of the puzzle together.” This night the missing links varied from one quarter to the next. With equal intensity from both teams it was hard to see what the Dream was lacking. In the 1st quarter the Silver Stars out shot them at the free throw line. At the end of the 1st half the Dream still had not made a 3pt shot and their free throw percentage was still poor. The first 3 pt shot (by Camille Little) was not made until five minutes into the 3rd quarter.

Tonight Coach Meadors feels that not having their key post players, such as Erika De Souza who is injured, are hurting them in the paint. To prepare for their next game, they plan to walkthrough Washington’s offense and work on their own as well as some defensive plays.
