March Madness is approaching, which means more basketball action for everyone! Raven Fields will compete in the March Madness event in Columbus, GA, hosted by the WE UP NEXT LEAGUE. She is set to shine in the rivalry alumni game as the Carver and Spencer men’s and women’s alumni teams battle it out on the court, uniting the community.

This fantastic event brings together community leaders Wendell Gordon and Rochelle Johnson, who have worked tirelessly to create the WE UP NEXT League. Their league empowers young athletes to develop their basketball and life skills while providing impactful opportunities for adults throughout the community. The event is a dynamic celebration of talent, sportsmanship, and community spirit.
Raven Fields: Athlete, Model, and Entrepreneur
Raven Fields is a professional model and basketball player, born and raised in Columbus, GA. She is preparing for her 2025 basketball season while continuing to build her business and modeling career. As the proud mother of a 9-year-old son named Zaahir, Fields also excels as an inspiring entrepreneur. A graduate of Spencer High School, she created memorable basketball moments during her time there.

- Named a 2007 Honorable Mention All-American by Street & Smith.
- McDonald’s All-American nominee.
- Averaged 17.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game during her senior year.
- Played AAU ball with the Georgia Metros in Atlanta, GA.

Raven Fields credits Spencer High School for shaping the person and athlete she is today. She eagerly anticipates reuniting with alumni from each school and watching young athletes take to the court.
