On Monday, the trial for the three men charged with the death of Ahmaud Arbery in 2020 will begin.
To begin the jury selection process, prosecutors and defense attorneys will gather in Glynn County, Georgia.
Greg and Travis McMichael, along with their neighbor Roddy Bryan, are accused of chasing Arbery in a truck after running through their neighborhood, claiming he was a thief.
Travis McMichael shot and killed Arbery shortly after he confronted the men. Bryan filmed most of the incident on his cell phone.
In the months following Arbery’s death, the video was released, which prompted the prosecution of the men.
